Vice President of Legislative Affairs

Perry leads Compeer’s state and federal advocacy efforts. He brings more than 20 years of experience in agricultural policy and leadership roles with the Minnesota Department of Agriculture, USDA Farm Service Agency, Minnesota Farm Bureau, and more.

Jamie Lieser

Vice President of Client Digital

Jamie oversees Compeer’s digital client experience initiatives, drawing on extensive experience in financial services. His background includes mortgage B2B at Wells Fargo and managing investment web and mobile applications at Ameriprise Financial before joining Compeer.

Deanna Klindworth

Tax Consultant

Deanna provides a wide range of tax services as part of Compeer’s Tax and Accounting Team, including tax preparation, tax planning, transition planning, payroll, and accounting. She brings more than 25 years of experience in agricultural and business tax consulting.

Cole Patrick

Director of Insurance Strategies

Cole leads Compeer’s insurance strategy, focusing on product sales, business development, and risk management solutions. With 11 years of experience in crop insurance, he manages relationships among Compeer’s sales teams, leadership, and AIP partners to drive business growth.

Todd Slock

Vice President of Appraisal

Todd leads Compeer’s appraisal team in serving the valuation needs of clients across agricultural and rural communities. With more than 20 years of experience, he brings deep expertise in both agricultural and residential real estate valuations.

Dr. Megan Roberts

Ag Economist

After teaching agricultural economics and business at Minnesota State Colleges and Universities and the University of Minnesota Extension, Megan brings both academic expertise and practical farm experience to Compeer. She frequently writes and speaks on agricultural policy, farm management and business topics.
